Almost everything we sell is made to order (made custom for you). Please see our current make-time (located in product descriptions) for an estimated time. You will receive shipping confirmation as soon as your order is prepared for shipping and ready for carrier pick-up. We will do our best to let you know promptly if we encounter any problem that may cause significant delay with your order. Please communicate (if any) time constraints on your end prior to ordering.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering from Omerica Organic, you as the customer are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country; those fees and taxes are separate from the shipping charge paid when an order is placed and they are your responsibility as the customer. Omerica Organic cannot control or predict these taxes and fees, please contact your local customs office for further information as customs policies vary widely. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can delay original delivery estimates.
